The Basque country

Through the colors and authenticity of its provinces - from the north of France to those of the south in Spain - the Basque country has forged the character of the men and women who inhabit it: a unique Basque language, a strong identity, a rich gastronomy (pintxos, cheeses, seafood, chocolate, etc.), and many ancestral traditions. The Basque language is the oldest still spoken in Europe. We find all of it in the richness of the Basque soul, in its traditions, its music and its folk dances. The frontis walls, the trinquets - including those which allow us to continue to play real-tennis - are present in all the villages. Pelota, and the many ball games that result from it, bring everyone together with lively competitions and joyfully shared moments of basque sporting life.

Our Partners

In harmony with the richness of the region, our association wishes to establish itself as a friendly bridge between local heritage and the local community.
Tournaments and sporting get-togethers become moments of mutual appreciation, highlighting the cultural, gastronomic and artistic resources specific to the region.
This approach promotes an authentic connection between local residents and their environment, thus strengthening social bonds through a common passion for the game of real-tennis.
Thank you to our partners for their commitment and their valuable contribution to the development of real-tennis in our region.
